I don’t understand…
Why do people only surround little girls with strong female role models? Little boys need them just as much. When I was a kid, many of my heroes were women, but I looked up to and drew inspiration from men as well… If you only let girls read books with “sheroes,” if you only tell girls about Sophie Germain and Jane Goodall, you’re cutting boys off from inspirational people just because they’re the wrong gender.
